Friday 19.02.10

There has been a change in the social programme. Monday night's party at Q-Bar has been moved to Tuesday Night, and instead, on Monday we will be having a theme party at the New Tattingers Club, Rabat. The theme for this party is RAVE, and so you are required to wear flashy, colourful, glow in the dark clothing; the funnier, the crazier and the wilder the better. The OC will provide glowsticks, shutter shades and face paint, however we advise you to come prepared as there might not be enough for everyone. Get ready for one crazy night!!

Saturday 6.02.10 - VIP information on the Application procedure.

In the event that a delegation has delegates in other delegations due to the fact that they have filled their 9 available places, the HoD of the country of origin must send the applications of such delegates in foreign delegations as well, with the delegation sheet. Therefore, the HoD must send the delegation sheet and the application forms of the 9 members of his delegation, and ALSO the application forms of the delegates which are in foreign delegations. This facilitates matters when it comes to issuing the invoices.

Secondly, I have been made aware that there is a hunt for extra ICM delegation spots going on. Hopefully, you all succeed in finding places for your delegates in other delegations, however, in the event that you cannot manage to find such spaces, thus leaving some of your delegates without a delegation, I am afraid that these delegation-less persons cannot come to the ICM. In any case, I strongly urge you to contact your IB coach if you are having difficulty in finding extra places for your delegates.

VIP: Deadline for Applications is March 1st. Please read through the application rules and follow the instructions carefully. All applications are to be sent to your HoD, who will then fill in the Delegation Sheet and send it together with his delegation's applications to applications@icm-malta.com
